The Hotel Condotti is located on Via Mario dè Fiori, a very pretty cobble-stoned street, just before you get to the splendid Spanish Steps: one of the most suggestive and prestigious squares in Rome. Over the centuries it has inspired poets and travellers alike, some of whom, like Keats and Shelley, decided to make it their home. From our truly special location, literally only a few short steps from Piazza di Spagna, guests can easily reach monuments, landmarks and squares of incredible artistic and cultural interest such as the spectacular Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese and the Pincio, the Pantheon, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, St. Peter's Cathedral and Vatican City, the Colosseum and Roman Forum, Montecitorio and the Campidoglio.
The celebrated and world famous Via Condotti is just steps away as are Via Borgognona, Via Frattina and Via del Babuino, Together these fascinating streets constitute the centre around which the Roman world of high fashion turns. The elegant streets are home to the boutiques of the most famous Italian and international fashion designers, some of whom took their first steps right here, such as Valentino and Bulgari, who opened his first atelier in 1905 in Via Condotti. Strolling along these luxurious and splendid streets you will also find Hermés, Cartier, Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Tiffany, Ferré, and some of the historic Roman fashion names like Laura Biagiotti, Battistoni, Fendi and Gai Mattiolo.
Another extremely interesting street, not far from Hotel Condotti, is Via Margutta, also nick-named the "Street of the Artists", picturesque and evocative, where artists and bohemians once worked, created and lived and where today many antique shops can be found.
