* stay 4 pay 3 available for all room types.
* one of the nights MUST be a Sunday.
* accommodation assigned in the AL 55, Antico Condotti, or main Hotel based on availability on arrival date.
* only new reservations made from December 3rd onward will be accepted.
* reservations must be credit card guaranteed with a ONE NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE ADVANCE DEPOSIT.
* no shortened stays accepted - full rate will be charged
